Abstract
➤ As new products are accepted or rejected faster by the marketplace it is critical that research techniques be developed to provide early assessment of progress. This article, using an actual case study, proposes ore such technique based on the astronautical theory underlying work with guided missiles. Earlier remedial action is the goal.
