The University of Pittsburgh's Psychoeducational Clinic is described here. The purpose of the clinic is to assist parents and teachers in understanding children and their problems so that effective and efficient intervention can be applied. To further that understanding, the clinic employs a decision-making model for the clinical assessment of children with learning and behavior problems. In addition to its service function, the clinic provides a facility for student training and research.
