Abstract
This article reports on a conference held last summer at the Institute for Learning in the Department of Psychiatry at Hahnemann Medical College and Hospital in Philadelphia. The panel* talked about the functioning of an interdisciplinary team in the diagnosis and treatment of learning disabilities and emphasized the necessity of open communication among all the disciplines.
