Abstract
In view of the risks of equipment maintenance in the military and civilian integration, by analyzing the experience of foreign military and civilian integration, the relevant cases are analyzed, combined with modern management theory of agency theory, entrustment theory, risk management theory, and virtual organization theory. This paper constructs the risk assessment index system of the military and civilian integration equipment maintenance project on the basis of fully considering the particularity of the service and uses the factor clustering, the comprehensive weighting method, and the double base point evaluation method to carry out the evaluation. The validity and practicability of the evaluation are verified by examples, which can provide some reference for the risk assessment of equipment maintenance project in the integration of military and civilian.
