Abstract
The hypothesis that the more creative teachers would have a teaching style which favours creativity and would be more humanistic in their pupil control orientation in comparison to low creative teachers was tested. Sample consisted of 60 teacher educators from all over India. The hypothesis was retained. Sex differences and effect of years of teaching experience on creative personality, teaching style and pupil control orientation were also studied and it was found that there are not significant sex differences on the above three variables. However, it was found that teachers with more years of experience have teaching style favouring creativity.
