Abstract
Textbooks bearing the title New Testament Theology (or similar) are a small part of the sub-discipline, but can clarify its problems and summarize conclusions. This article refers to earlier work before considering the textbooks published over the past forty years. It appends a list of commentaries and series which also contain much New Testament Theology and refers to other writings which show something of the character of the discipline.
