Abstract
This report reflects the accomplishments of a growing and dedicated CEC staff under the direction of excellent committees and the guidance of the CEC executive committee and board of governors. The contributions of the officers and workers in federations, branches, chapters, and divisions have been great We believe that the combination of local, state, provincial, and national resources is unique among organizations and provides action programs to stimulate further development and education of exceptional children in imaginative ways.
