Abstract
On the President's Page in the March issue you were informed about CEC's current activities with regard to federal legislation. Subsequent to that time CEC was invited to testify before the House Committee on Education and Labor. In order that CEC members may be informed about our legislative efforts, the testimony presented before the committee follows:
