Abstract
The following are two interesting and important recent news releases from the U. S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare concerned with services for handicapped individuals provided outside the public schools. Sometimes as educators we feel that the schools are primarily responsible for total programs where other agencies can and are providing valuable services.
