Abstract
An 8-step physical fitness training package was employed with an EMR class of nine children. The exercise included daily 15-minute walk/run sessions. Progress was monitored by recording distances and times for each participant. After collecting baseline data, individualized goals were developed. These goals changed gradually as children's fitness levels increased. Behavioral data and consumer satisfaction measures were monitored to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
