Cryptosporidiosis has been documented in pediatric patients with various forms of congenital and acquired immunodeficiency. This is a report of crypto sporidiosis in a child with acute lymphocytic leukemia. Cryptosporidiosis, an un common cause of diarrhea, may produce severe diarrhea in children with acute lymphocytic leukemia.
