A scrap free alloy is a new concept for materials. We introduce how to determine the composition of scrap free alloy and its coating materials. The optimum alloy composite is Al16 + 8 at% Li. Furthermore, the EB-stiffened resin is very good protective coating film for Li based scrap free alloy.
