Abstract
The dissection of the whole urethro-cysto prostatic block can be completed in a single step, which does not markedly increase surgical time, risk of hemorrhage, or morbidity. This surgical approach can be accomplished through a combined perineal–abdominal access and an abdominal–prepubic access.
