Abstract
This video describes the minimally invasive technique of removing a 5 cm distal ureteral polyp close to 25 years ago with the use of ureteroscopy and a polyp snare. It is of historical significance in that it represents an early example of the creative, safe, and effective value of endourology in replacing open surgery.
