Abstract
Transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy vestibular approach is the new endoscopic approach to the thyroid. Several attempts to use the advantage of endoscopes today and improve thyroidectomy have been tried for decades. Each approach has its own peculiarities, from displacing the anterior neck scar to a less conspicuous location to unilateral approaches, longer dissection, and longer learning curves to new complications. The benefits of these new approaches still lack robust data, and time will be proof of the merit of those.
