Abstract

Importance:

Deep plane facelift techniques may not provide a long-term lift of the midface, while most midface lifting strategies are complex procedures, requiring endoscopy and/or proprietary products for placement.

Objective:

To describe a simple and cost-effective strategy to produce reliable and long-term lifting of the midfacial structures.

Design:

Surgical pearls—description of novel surgical technique.

Setting:

Private practice surgicenter.

Participants:

Patients who underwent isolated subperiosteal midface lift.
