In facial rejuvenation, the hairline must be advanced mostly in the frontal and temporal area. The resultant abundance of hair gives an illusion of youth. A method of incision to produce excellent hairline scars is described. Elimination of tension and proper bevelling of the incision facilitate hair growth through and anterior to the scars and make them inconspicuous.
