There are still legitimate concerns within modern medicine concerning acceptance of medical acupuncture. The core concern involves whether or not diagnosis and treatment with acupuncture has a definite, standardized, and peer-reviewable logic and rational methodology. This article explains the basis of holistic logic and the rational methodology of using acupuncture to treat and manage chronic functional complaints.
