Este trabajo examina los modelos explicativos del éxito-fracaso. La investigación sobre motivación de logro y de éxito en la actuación, sobre el miedo al fracaso y el miedo al éxito, así como sobre la asimetría en la atribución de causalidad, en su relación con las diferencias de sexo y de género son el tema central del artículo.
