La responsabilité sociale des entreprises désigne l'intégration des préoccupations sociales et environnementales aux opérations commerciales. Les auteurs exposent en quoi la responsabilité sociale des entreprises peut aider les hôpitaux et proposent aux hôpitaux des initiatives de responsabilité sociale à privilégier.
