Educational objectives: To understand the involvement of FOR in otolaryngology, including noise-induced hearing loss, cis-platin ototoxicity, presbycusis, myocutaneous free flaps, neural injury, and aging, and to begin to develop a potential intervention for the damaging effects of FOR.
