In the November 1990 issue ofthe AAOHN JOURNAL, the author's credentials for the article “Understanding Why Some Employees Ignore Worksite Health Promotion Efforts: Refocusing the Issue” (38[11]:531–535) were listed incorrectly. At the time of publication, Susan Marcocci, MSN, RN was a master's candidate.

In the December 1990 issue, two listings were omitted from the Annual Index. These listings should read as follows:
