Editorial Policy: Criminal Justice Policy Review is a multidisciplinary journal publishing articles written by scholars and professionals committed to the study of criminal justice policy through experimental and nonexperimental approaches. CJPR accepts appropriate articles, essays, research notes, interviews, and book reviews. It also provides a forum for special features, which may include invited commentaries, transcripts of significant panels or meetings, position papers, and legislation. To maintain a leadership role in criminal justice policy literature, CJPR will publish articles employing diverse methodologies.
 

Manuscripts should follow the style guidelines of the current Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association.

Book Review Editorial Policy: Criminal Justice Policy Review has a diversified audience of academicians, researchers, and practitioners from a wide variety of fields in criminal justice. As such, a wide variety of books are received and selected for review. In addition to books explicitly concerned with criminal justice policy, books are also selected that deal with a number of different criminological issues that have policy implications for our readers.
