When a patient has a problem with asymmetry physicians strive to correct it to the best of their abilities. Many patients ask for a perfect or almost perfect result; however, some patients are pleased with a small correction to their problem. Here is an illustrative case of such a patient with hypo-plastic breast anomaly—a variant of Poland syndrome—who requested fat grafting to the affected breast.
