Synovial sarcomas are rare tumors. Most occur in a joint but they can occur in any tissue where mesenchymal cells are present. We report an extremely rare case of a lip presentation of a primary synovial sarcoma of the lung. Although uncommon, a variety of soft-tissue sarcomas can occur primary to the lung. The prognosis is generally poor.
