The Lavender Traveller, an online gay travel site, is a micro-organization in the early stages of development. It was founded in 2010 by Elena Pavlou, a Greek Cypriot lesbian travel agent. Elena is facing numerous personal and professional issues in the development of her organization, including prejudice, strategic direction and the strain of having a personal relationship with a professional partner.
