OOTR 12th Annual Conference
The Organisation for Oncology and Translational Research (OOTR) 12th Annual Conference is scheduled to be held in Kyoto City, Japan, from 4 (Fri) to 6 (Sun) March 2016, together with the Kyoto Breast Cancer Consensus (KBCCC) 2016 International Convention and the Asian Oncology Summit 2016, in partnership with The Lancet Oncology.
The theme of this event will be translating science into medicine. Topics to be discussed include imaging and diagnosis, radiation therapy, balance of local therapy and systemic therapy, familial cancer, genomic disease and lots more.

OOTR Translational Oncology Session at the 18th Annual Meeting of CSCO
OOTR and the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO) collaborated to hold the OOTR Translational Oncology Session at the 18th Annual Meeting of CSCO, on 19 September 2015 in the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Centre, Xiamen, China.
The theme of this event was HER2 positive breast cancer: Basic science, novel treatments and clinical practices. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Louis Chow (Executive Director, OOTR, Hong Kong). Invited lecturers included

Cancer Genomics and Biology 2015
Cancer Genomic and Biology 2015 will be held on 13-14 November 2015 at JiuJiang University, JiuJiang, China.
The meeting aims to promote the collaborative efforts among a multidisciplinary team of professionals and scientists working in the field of cancer genomics and biology, supported by the Global Cancer Genomic Consortium (GCGC) and the OOTR.
Previous GCGC meetings have been held in Mumbai, India; Lisbon, Portugal; and Kyoto, Japan. OOTR also regularly shares the concept of translational research and new treatment strategies with clinicians and scientists at international medical conferences.
