A 34-year-old man affected by grade IV idiopathic varicocele with mild testicolar pain, severe oligoas-thenozoospermia and infertility, underwent an antegrade sclerotherapy according to Tauber surgical technique. After 5 days, the patient underwent a laparoscopic left colon resection with colonstomy due to a segmental infarction of the sigmoid colon.
