Abstract
How should we deal with bullies? How should we deal with people who wage personal attacks on decent people to create attention for themselves in the guise of having more insight and integrity than all of the rest of us? This is an issue we need to deal with for the first time in the field of workplace health promotion. The way we deal with it may shape the direction of our field in the future and the character we bring to our individual work.
