Employee-centric strategies have moved from employee satisfaction and brand awareness to
employee “affinity” or “attachment.” In today's marketplace, occupational health nurses
understand that differentiation (i.e., the perception of uniqueness) is the direct result
of superior employee interactions, which lead to better employee care, enduring employee
relationships, loyal employees, and satisfied employers. What drives employees to
occupational health nurse attachment? The answer is a passion for rising above the
competition to create ideal employee experiences.
