The local treatment of nasopharyngitis was applied on the allergy and it was found that this treatment was effective for the therapy of asthma and nasal allergy. Often it works for the radical therapy of these diseases. This treatment is absolutely separate from the theory of antigen-antibody reaction. From this fact, the previous consideration about the antigen-antibody reaction must be criticized.
