Erinnertes elterliches Erziehungsverhalten und das Ausmaß psychischer Beeinträchtigung bei Psychotherapiepatientinnen

Abstract

In der vorliegenden Untersuchung wird eine neu entwickelte deutsche Kurzform des EMBU-Fragebogens (PERRIS et al., 1980), der Fragebogen zum erinnerten elterlichen Er-ziehungsverhalten (FEE) von SCHUMACHER et al. (1997), erstmals an einer klinischen Stichprobe eingesetzt. Der Vergleich zwischen Patientinnen und Probandinnen zeigt, daß Patientinnen beide Eltern ablehnender und weniger emotional warm erinneren als die Ver-gleichsgruppe. Für beide Gruppen gilt, daß jeweils die Mutter emotional wärmer und über-behütender beschrieben wird als der Vater. Negatives erinnertes Erziehungsverhalten geht mit einem höheren Maß an psychischer Beeinträchtigung in der Selbst- und Fremdeinschätzung einher.

A recently developed German short form of the Swedish EMBU instrument (PERRIS et al., 1980), the Questionnaire of Recalled Parental Rearing Behaviour (QRPRB) was used for the first time in a clinical sample. A comparison between female patients and a non clinical sample demonstrates that patients recall both parents as characterised by more rejection and less emotional warmth. Both samples describe the mother as showing more warmth and at the same time more overprotection than the father. A recall of negative parental rear-ing behaviour is associated with a higher degree of psychological impairment both in the self-evaluation of the patient and the assessment of the therapist.
