Abstract
Different methods of speckle-metrology, which may be used in biomedical diagnostics, are considered in this paper. Cross-correlation technique, digital speckle-photography, speckle-interferometry and phase-shifting interferometry are compared. Advantages and disadvantages of these methods are demonstrated; the limits for minimal resolution are studied.
