Abstract
This paper presents guidelines and methodologies for testing the accessibility of card-reading or other terminal devices installed in public places. The testing area of our concern is sound, audio and speech. In all cases, every effort has been made in order to meet the “design for all” concept. This work was funded by CEN/EC and has influenced the activities of CEN TC224/WG6.
