Abstract
The position of women in decision-making is an important target of Dutch Emancipation Policy. Until recently, however, there were hardly any data available on the representation of women in decision-making. Only the representation of women in politics and public administration has been monitored for some time. With the development of the Dutch Emancipation Monitor, this situation has improved. This article presents an overview of women's position in political and social decision-making in the Netherlands.
