Abstract
The European Comparison Project 1985 (ECP), like its predecessor, is part of the International Comparison Project of the United Nations. This project has been producing estimates for real gross domestic product and its major components for the participating countries, together with estimates of purchasing power parities. Internationally comparable estimates for the consumption of the population and gross fixed capital formation are among the most interesting results from the project. Twenty European countries are included with respective data in ECP 1985.
