Abstract
Some aspects of comparisons between national income of the USSR and the U.S. can be treated as “Economic Indicators” in terms of the System of Material Production. A great deal of attention ought to be paid to the concepts and definitions which could be useful for the purpose of compiling an “aggregate” such as net material product for the U.S. This “aggregate” is used in actual international comparisons which are conducted by the Central Statistical Board of the USSR.
