Abstract
The Hypothalamic coticotropin releasing hormone (CRH) is the major coordinator of acute inflammatory disease (APR). Vasopressin (VP) has a secondary role in acute illness, but when the disease becomes chronic, VP becomes the hypothalamic mediator regulating healing and recovery. During homeostasis VP controls ADIM and INIM, and maintain homeostasis.
