Testimony of the Council of State Administrators of Vocational Rehabilitation (CSAVR) on work incentives in social security disability programs

Abstract

Hanophy compares Supplemental Security Income and Social Security Disability Income as well as Ticket to Work to the public Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) program and methods of the Council of State Administrators of Vocational Rehabilitation (CSAVR). His evaluation suggests better outcomes for the beneficiaries, tax payers, local and federal budgets using the VR and CSAVR programs.
