Abstract
Networking is considered one of the most effective ways to find employment, yet many in the field of supported employment do not use networking effectively. Many job developers continue to work with job seekers in applying for advertised positions. This manuscript describes ways that job developers and job seekers must work together to use their networks in order to enhance employment opportunities.
