Argentina finds itself in a positive position to strongly develop supported employment, given the growing concern of the different stakeholders involved in favor of inclusion of people with disabilities in the regular labor market. There are challenges ahead to ensure full citizenship of people with disabilities, in which the inclusion in the open labor market plays an essential role, and supported employment is emerging to take up these challenges.
