With the development of network technology, the Internet portals have been constantly changing. However, such portals cannot meet the requirements of Internet of Everything (IoE) communication between people and things or between things themselves. Inspired by the ideal of container, Mobile Cross-platform Application Development Framework (MCADF) and Platform as a Service (PaaS), we designed a “Cloud + Container” portal platform for IoE. The cloud provides application development, testing, deployment, operation, management, and other functions. It is also responsible for data storage, management and analysis. The terminal of user container is used to carry and manage mass applications and IoE data, and provide user access entry. In this paper, we first introduce the background of IoE and related problems, then give the detailed design of the platform. Finally, we evaluate the performance of the platform comparing with other platforms.
