School physical education is the basis of improving the national physical quality, in the national total 80% people in rural, sports education in the national education will play a decisive role. Sports facilities in rural primary and secondary schools is an important material basis to ensure conditions in rural middle and primary school students in sports classroom teaching and extracurricular physical exercise. The school sports are to enhance the physical fitness of students, promoting the school quality education, culture plays a very important role in students’ consciousness of lifelong physical education. In this paper, we introduce some operations of the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets and further propose the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher power weighted geometric (IVIFHPWG) operator. We also study some desirable properties of this operator, such as idempotency, Boundedness and monotonicity. Then, we apply the IVIFHPWG operator to solve multiple attribute decision making for evaluating the operation modes of sports sites facilities with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information. Finally, a practical example is used to illustrate the developed models.
