Abstract

It is our great pleasure to introduce this special review issue –
In this issue, the Professor Morton has compiled a compendium of new reviews on the current state of our understanding of sleep and circadian rhythms in HD as well as the gaps in our knowledge, areas of research that would expand our knowledge, and how sleep dysfunction could be tackled directly in HD. As well as reviews of sleep and circadian function/dysfunction, there are personal opinion pieces on sleep in HD from a family and historian’s perspective by Dr. Alice Wexler and a clinician’s perspective by Dr. Diana Rosas.
We hope that you will enjoy this special review issue of the Journal of Huntington’s Disease as much as we have!
Sincerely,
Co-Editors in Chief
Blair R. Leavitt
