Abstract
In this paper a detailed mathematical model is presented in order to calculate the dynamic electrical impedance of a parallel RC circuit. The proposed model is based in an op-amp balanced Wien bridge oscillator and a voltage divider. From the amplitude of the signal and the phase shift we can calculate the resistance and the capacitance of a parallel RC circuit which can be used as an electrical equivalent of a tooth or a neuron.
