Abstract
A contact-type sensor using a piezoelectric film for the guided wave measurement is presented in this paper. Because the piezoelectric film has a piezoelectric effect and flexibility, it is thought to be useful for the guided wave inspection. Thus, a contact-type sensor using a piezoelectric film is presented and some experiments are performed. The experimental results show that the contact-type sensor can receive the T(0,1) mode of the guided wave.
