Non-invasive thermometry for the thermal ablation of liver tumor: A computational methodology

Abstract

The aim of the paper is to propose a computational methodology for the prediction of the temperature of tissues during thermal ablation treatment. The methodology is based on the inversion of measured temperatures and it relies on a finite-element model of thermal field.
