Abstract
Micromagnetic models are usually based on energetic minimisation procedures at the magnetic domains scale. Two main difficulties associated to these approaches concern the determination of local stress and magnetic field. This key point, defined through specific localisation and homogenisation procedures, is discussed. A comparison between a recently proposed multiscale modelling and experimental data collected from isotropic Ni-Zn ferrites is finally presented as an illustration.
