Abstract
The shape of the hysteresis loop of MnZn ferrites depends on temperature. By increasing the temperature, the squareness of the loop increases. Consequently, the magnetic properties change the power losses and the performances of the ferrites. In this paper, a comparison is made between the calculated hysteresis loops in Jiles-Atherton model and the experimental loops. The influence of temperature and of the microstructure (size of the grains, pores and segregation) on the model's parameters is discussed.
