Authors have proposed an electro/mechanical resonance method to improve characteristics of a linear resonant actuator. However, a reverse current caused by high capacitor voltage was not considered in the finite element analysis. In this paper, we evaluate dynamic characteristics through a modified analysis method in which a reverse current is considered and the validity is confirmed by comparing with measured results.
